A certified doula, Lauryn brings years of experience and a deep commitment to supporting mothers through the transformative process of childbirth. Her calm demeanor and extensive knowledge make her an invaluable asset during labor and delivery.

Serving under Lauryn's expert guidance, Naomi provides dedicated support. She will become fully certified within the next year, ensuring that our team continues to offer high-quality care.
Our Doula Services
Consultations
We are currently accepting doula clients who plan to labor at the Carlisle UPMC location. Our consultations are designed to discuss your birthing plan, address any concerns, and ensure that you feel fully prepared for labor.
Prenatal Appointments
Our doula package includes three prenatal appointments, where we will work closely with you to understand your needs and preferences. These appointments take place in our office. If you're planning a home labor that will transition to the hospital, a home visit is also possible.
Please note that a travel fee applies for home visits.
Labor Support
Starting at 37 weeks, your doula will be on call 24/7 to provide support during active labor. Whether it’s offering comfort measures, guidance, or simply being a reassuring presence, Lauryn ensures that you are never alone during this critical time.

Postpartum Care
Postpartum support is just as important as labor support. Our package includes one postpartum visit to help you transition your family with your new addition. Should you need additional visits, these can be arranged and will be billed separately.
